A Project in Good Hands

We don't use the phrase 'amazing clients' lightly. But there are clients who approach every project interaction with a generosity and clarity of vision that makes the work significantly better — and this was one of those. From the initial brief through to the installation handover, the relationship was characterised by mutual respect, clear communication, and a shared commitment to getting the outcome right.

The Project

The brief was to transform a commercial space that had become tired and uninspiring into something that reflected both the quality of the work being done there and the values of the people doing it. The client had a clear sense of what they wanted the space to feel like — professional but warm, contemporary but not cold, functional but genuinely pleasant to spend time in.

The specification drew on a range of products across our portfolio — Markant desking, ergonomic task seating, soft seating for the breakout zone, and acoustic desk screens that provided privacy without closing the space down. The material and finish palette was kept tight — a restrained colour range executed well rather than a wide palette executed inconsistently.

The Outcome

The client was delighted. The feedback from the team using the space was even better. People who had been working in an environment that wasn't serving them well suddenly had an office they wanted to come to — and that shift in how a workplace feels is, in our experience, one of the most meaningful outcomes a furniture project can deliver.
