Getting Everything Out the Door Before Christmas

December in the commercial furniture world has a particular energy. Every project that's been in progress across the year reaches its deadline simultaneously. Installation crews are booked solid. Delivery windows are tight. And somewhere in the mix, new stock needs to arrive, be checked, and be staged for the new year.

This is the final push — and it's intense in the best possible way.

What the Final Push Looks Like

The last few weeks of the year involve a level of coordination that most people outside the industry don't see. We're tracking multiple installation jobs simultaneously, managing freight schedules for products arriving from overseas, coordinating with building managers for after-hours access, and making sure that every client who wanted their space ready before Christmas actually gets there.

It's a genuine team effort.
